Pakistan have announced their squad for the upcoming ODI tour, with the Pakistan ODI squad Bangladesh series featuring several new faces and one major omission. The Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed the squad ahead of the three-match ODI series scheduled to take place in Dhaka.
The Pakistan ODI squad Bangladesh series will be played between 11 and 15 March at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Shaheen Shah Afridi will continue as captain of the ODI side as Pakistan prepare for an important overseas assignment.

The Pakistan ODI squad Bangladesh series includes six uncapped players who have been rewarded for strong performances in domestic cricket and development tours.
The new players included in the Pakistan ODI squad Bangladesh series are:
Abdul Samad
Maaz Sadaqat
Muhammad Ghazi Ghori
Saad Masood
Sahibzada Farhan
Shamyl Hussain
Several of these players recently featured for Pakistan Shaheens against England Lions in Abu Dhabi.
Selectors appear to be rewarding young talent while maintaining a core group of experienced international players.
Babar Azam left out of Pakistan ODI squad
One of the biggest talking points of the Pakistan ODI squad Bangladesh series is the absence of former captain Babar Azam.
The experienced batter has been left out of the squad as selectors continue to reshape Pakistan’s ODI setup.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan, Haris Rauf, Salman Ali Agha and Abrar Ahmed remain part of the squad.
Captain Shaheen Shah Afridi will lead the team for his second ODI assignment as skipper.
